24/01050/F - Nelson Hotel Hybrid (Part Full/Part Outline) for the redevelopment of Nelson Hotel.

A full planning application for demolition of existing buildings and structures and phased development comprising of new hotel (Class C1), purposed built student accommodation (Sui Generis), and Class E floorspace, public realm, landscaping, with improvements to River Walkway; with new primary access from Mountergate and egress onto Baltic Wharf; internal roads, car and cycle parking, servicing, plant and associated works. An outline application with all matters reserved for the demolition of existing buildings and structures and replacement with a residential (Class C3) development, landscaping and cycle parking with associated works.
