I give notice that Blackpool Council are applying to Blackpool Council for Reserved Matters for erection of a 5-storey building for use as an education facility and creation of new public realm, car parking and associated works (application to agree all reserved matters from the outline permission granted under hybrid ref. 23/0830). Land bounded by Cookson Street, Milbourne Street, Grosvenor Street and George Street, Blackpool, FY2 0AY. This proposal is being publicised because it is affects the setting of a Listed Building, affects a conservation area and constitutes a major development. Quote Ref: 24/0495.
