1. Conversion of the 2 no. upper floors of the site’s main building into 6 No. apartments involving rear extension at first floor level.
2. Extension and conversion of existing 2 storey outbuilding into 3 no. apartments and retained commercial storage.
3. Ground floor commercial units within main building to be retained but modified to create street access for apartments.
