Somerset Council - Planning North Team Town & Country Planning Act 1990 Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 201S Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990

Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 54/24/00007: Land to the South of, Combe Lane, Woolavington, Bridgwater, TA7. Retrospective application to upgrade & infill existing agricultural track to form a new stone agricultural track providing access off a public highway. This application is of public interest.

Application No. 51/24/00015: Land to the North of, Waldrons Lane, Wembdon, Bridgwater. Erection of a mobile field shelter. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 08/24/00138: 44 Sunnybank Road, Bridgwater, TA6 6JJ. Retrospective application for the sub-division of existing dwelling to create an additional dwelling & the erection of a first-floor extension. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.
