Application reference: PL/2024/0001282/FULM.
Site address: The New Haven, Dillotford Avenue.
Proposed development: Demolition of existing public house. Erection of 31 x 1 bed apartments with associated car-parking and landscaping.
Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development
Application reference: PL/2024/0001848/ADV.
Site address: WH Smith, West Orchards. Proposed development: 3 vinyl window graphics.
Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building
