Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, Notice Pursuant To Regulation 6(2) Of The Planning (Listed Buildings And Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990

|Proposed development at :| Castlefield Viaduct between Beaufort Street and Egerton Street.

I give notice that National Trust has applied to Manchester City Council for planning permission and listed building consent for Use of Castlefield Viaduct Phases 1 and 2 as an urban park (Use Class F2(c)), including installation of stair and lift access to Egerton Street (140876/LO/2024 and 140875/FO/2024).

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at planning@manchester.gov.uk by 05/11/24. Signed Tillie Baker (on behalf of National Trust), Date 15/10/24.

Statement of owners’ rights - the grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.

Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights - the grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure.

* “owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. ** “tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
