NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.
FUL/000744/24 - Application for erection of detached double garage with games room/gymnasium above at The Arches, Strand Walk, Holywell. (This development affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area).
FUL/000622/24 - Conversion of east annexe, garage & store to provide new entrance area, staff facilities, training room and bedrooms. Internal alterations and refurbishment to existing building. The addition of a small rear link to facilitate the relocation of the primary access point. Demolition of single storey outbuildings to rear courtyard at Mostyn Lodge Hotel, Mostyn, Holywell. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building).
