NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

P1188.24, Land East of Warley Substation, Clay Tye Road, Upminster

Installation of underground cable route and associated works between the Land to the East of Warley Substation and Warley Substation. The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P1289.24, Land adjacent to Blue Boar Hall, Orange Tree Hill Romford,

New single-storey 4-bed detached self-build dwelling with associated parking and amenity space

The development is in a Conservation Area

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.
