Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2024/1464: Westcott Village Hall, Institute Road and ‘the hut’ site, Furlong Road, Westcott, Dorking, Surrey, Demolition of existing building and erection of a replacement community building (Use Class F2) on the site of Westcott Village Hall, Institute Road; redevelopment of The Hut site, Furlong Road to provide 9 No. dwellinghouses (Use Class C3) with associated access and landscaping.
MO/2024/1502: South House, 21-37, South Street, Dorking, RH4 2JZ, Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide 61 residential dwellings (Use Class C3), flexible commercial floorspace (Use Class E) and amenity space, with associated access, car and cycle parking, landscaping and associated works.
MO/2024/1503: Jayes Park, Forest Green Road, Ockley, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5RR, Refurbishment and extension of existing barn to provide a commercial building comprising the following use classes: E(g)(i) Offices to carry out any operational or administrative functions; E(g)(ii) Research and development of products or processes; E(g)(iii) Industrial processes; and, B8 storage or distribution.
MO/2024/1513: 2, High Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8HT, Erection of 2 No. illuminated fascia signs and 1 No. illuminated projecting sign.
MO/2024/1607: 2, High Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8HT, Installation of air conditioning condenser units and extract grilles, aluminium glazed manual swing doors and the use of the pavement for outside seating area.Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk.
