What is planned?

REDCAR & CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL

TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

R/2024/0539/CA: Temporary wooden outbuilding to be used for storage and serving pizzas located in front car park (Retrospective) at The Spa Hotel, Saltburn Bank, Saltburn.

R/2024/0596/CA: Change of use of vacant public house with residential accommodation above to Children’s Day Nursery at The Royal George Hotel, 9 North Terrace, skelton.

R/2024/0626/CA: Construction of brick buttresses following the demolition of the methodist chapel (dangerous structure) at Loftus Methodist Church Site, Arlington Street, Loftus.

R/2024/0638/CA: Conversion of existing flat into two flats including internal & external alterations & rear dormer extension at 34 Zetland Road, Loftus.

R/2024/0642/CA: Replacement timber shop front, replace roller shutters with internal ones; replacement of bay window at first floor at 24 Zetland Road, Loftus.

R/2024/0646/CA: Two storey detached dwelling with detached car port at Hazeltree Farm, High Street, Moorsholm.

R/2024/0649/LB: LBC for variation of condition 2 (Approved plans) to R/2022/0718/LB for proposed redevelopment of railway station at Redcar Central Railway Station, Station Road, Redcar

R/2024/0660/CA: New timber shop front; replacement of windows to first floor front elevation at 16 Market Place, Westgate, Guisborough.

Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015:

R/2024/0644/FFM: Engineering operations associated with ground remediation and preparation of land at Land at the Foundry Site, Teesworks near Redcar.

Applications can be viewed on the Council’s web site: www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/Planning and documents downloaded if required. Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication.

Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
