1. Affects Setting of Listed Building. Formation of new vehicular access to 1 & 2 Old World Cottages via the existing field gate to the north-west of 1 Old World Cottage. 1 & 2 Old World Cottages, Vinehall Road, Mountfield. RR/2023/2053/P
2. Winchelsea Conservation Area. Demolition of existing conservatory and construction of new single storey rear orangery. 2 Backfields, Rectory Lane, Winchelsea, Icklesham RR/2024/1133/P
3. Affects Setting of Listed Building. Variation of condition 2 imposed on RR/2024/416/P to raise eaves height of both Buildings A and B, but to only install a mezzanine floor in part of Building A with associated alterations to the fenestration. No other alterations are proposed to Building B (no mezzanine floor or changes to fenestration proposed). Coldharbour Farm, Battle Road, Brightling RR/2024/1619/P
4. Variation of condition 2 imposed on RR/2022/1246/P to allow for the addition of a secondary fire access track. Mount View Street, Bexhill. RR/2024/1731/P
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 3 & 4 above.
Amended plans/information have been received for the proposed development in respect of 1 above.
These applications can be viewed on the planning website at www.rother.gov.uk/planning or alternatively via the public access computers at the Battle Library, Market Square, Battle, or at Rye Library, 30A High Street, Rye.
