Notice is hereby given that Vulpes Ltd T/A Vulpes Land (Vulpes Land), Ashfield has submitted further information to West Northamptonshire Council in relation to the environmental statement that was submitted alongside the planning application for Outline permission, with access not reserved, for up to 700 residential dwellings, areas of public open space, a rugby pitch, landscaping, allotments, sustainable drainage and associated infrastructure. Application accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Members of the public may view the application and the further information (to the Environmental Statement) via the Council’s website: (www.westnorthants.gov.uk/planning) using the Online Planning Register. Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environment Statement from: Pegasus Group, Miss Sarah Butterfield, 1 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3NH, as long as stocks last, at a charge of:
• Non-Technical Summary (NTS) – no charge
• ES Volume 1a – £50 including postage
• CD, or pen drive – £10 including postage
