What is planned?

MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

24/1168/FH - Flat I 47 Augusta Gardens, Folkestone, CT20 2RS - Installation of a velux rooflight to rear roof slope

24/1383/FH - 114 HIGH STREET, HYTHE, CT21 5LE - Advertisement Consent to replace existing signage with updated fascia signage.

24/1521/FH - 42 HIGH STREET, NEW ROMNEY, TN28 8BZ - Listed building consent for repairs to roof and gutters, partial demolition of rear outbuilding and rear rubble wall, repairs to existing timber sash windows and external doors and some internal works

24/1539/FH - Farmhouse, Hoad Farm, Hoad Road, Swingfield, Folkestone, CT18 8LP - Retention of all weather menage

24/1543/FH - Sir John Moore Memorial Hall And Library, Rosenburg Place, Folkestone - Conversion to a 4 bedroom single dwelling, including associated internal and external alterations

24/1577/FH - MOORSTOCK HOUSE, MOORSTOCK LANE, SELLINDGE, ASHFORD, TN25 6LA - Alteration and addition of a single storey extension with the demolition of the existing conservatory to the west elevation and a flat roofed addition to the north elevation.

24/1580/FH - MOORSTOCK HOUSE, MOORSTOCK LANE, SELLINDGE, ASHFORD, TN25 6LA - Listed Building Consent for the alteration and addition of a single storey extension with the demolition of the existing conservatory to the west elevation and a flat roofed addition to the north elevation.

24/1583/FH - Sir John Moore Memorial Hall And Library, Rosenburg Place, Folkestone - Listed Building Consent for conversion to a 4 bedroom single dwelling, including associated internal and external alterations

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY.  Please always quote the application reference number.  Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication.  Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
