REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Wyevale Bristol Ltd
Relating to the application to Bristol City Council for Outline application for the demolition of existing buildings, removal of surface parking, and erection of buildings to accommodate 4,765 sq.m of commercial buildings (flexible Use Class E/B2/B8) with associated bins and bike stores. Associated hard and soft landscaping. 

Vehicular access from the A4 Bath Road. Approval sought for the matters of Access at Former Wyevale Garden Centre, Hicks Gate, Keynsham, BRISTOL.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. The Inquiry is likely to last for 4 days.

The inquiry is being live streamed.
