LB – Rhif cais 02/2024/1309 – One Of A Kind, 9a Sgwâr Sant Pedr, Rhuthun - Newid defnydd siop i gaffi a gosod canopïau ôl-tynadwy (cais Adeilad Rhestredig).

LB – Rhif cais 20/2024/1328 – Pen Y Graig, Llandr D.C, Rhuthun - Gosod arce solar byn domestig 13 panel ar radfa fach uwchben y ddaear (system monitro daeareg wedi’i phwysoli nad yw’n treiddio i’r ddaear) (cais Adeilad Rhestredig).

MD – 20/2024/1312 – Coleg Cambria, Llysfasi, Rhuthun, LL15 2LB – Codi adeilad llety myfyrwyr 50 ystafell wely, gan gynnwys storfeydd beiciau a biniau ac adeiladu’r pwmpio a’r tanc chwistrellu presennol. Adleoli’r Ardal Chwaraeon Amlswyddogaeth i ran arall o’r safle. Ffurfio parcio, tirlunio a gwaith cysylltiedig.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

LB – Application No. 02/2024/1307 – The Cabin Coffee Shop, 9 Priory House, St. Peter’s Square, Ruthin – Alterations and reintroduction of retractable canopies and sign boards (Listed Building application).

LB – Application No. 02/2024/1309 – One Of A Kind, 9a St. Peter’s Square, Ruthin – Change of use of shop to a cafe and installation of retractable canopies (Listed Building application).

LB – Application No. 20/2024/1328 – Pen Y Graig, Llanfair DC, Ruthin – Installation of a small scale domestic 13-panel above ground solar array (non ground penetrating weighted ground mount system) (Listed Building application).

MD – Application No. 20/2024/1312 – Coleg Cambria, Llysfasi, Ruthin, LL15 2LB – Erection of a 50 bedroom student accommodation building including bike and bin stores and the relocation of existing pump house and sprinkler tank. Relocation of existing Multi Use Games Area to another part of site. Formation of parking, landscaping and associated works.
