Notice is hereby given mat the following applications have been received:

Application No. 33/24/00018: Land to the North of, Yardwall House, Yardwall Road, Mark, Highbridge, TA9. Change of use of land to residential & erection of 3 No. dwellings (to replace Class Q approval 33/24/00003) This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 33/24/00019: Sedgemoor Manor School, Blackford Road, Mark, Highbridge, TA9 4NP. Creation of new vehicular access & associated works, including reconfiguration of parking arrangements & new landscaping This application may affect the setting of a listed building.

Application No. 33/24/00021: Virginia Cottage, The Causeway, Mark, Highbridge, TA9 4PZ. Erection of a detached garage. This application may affect the setting of a listed building. (Householder application).

Application No. 08/24/00042: MERCURE BRIDGWATER HOTEL, 56-66 Eastover, Bridgwater, TA6 5AR. Application to modify Planning Obligation (Section 106 Agreement) dated 23/07/2013 relating to Planning Permission 08/12/00050 to allow outstanding Flood Risk Contribution to be settled by instalment plan. This proposal is a major development.

Application No. 37/24/00078: Land to the South of, Sterling Way, Norm Petherton, Bridgwater. Erection of 14no. dwellings (100% affordable housing). This proposal is a major development & affects a listed building.

Application No. 08/24/00096: Land to the North of, Haygrove Farm, Durleigh Road, Bridgwater, TA6. Outline application (access only) for the erection of a dwelling. This application is of public interest
