Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Hazardous Substances Act 1990
WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2024/00764: Gainsborough: S Harris: Cox’s Water Tower: erect 3 dwellings & conversion of water tower to 1 dwelling. (WL/2024/00763 also rec’d)
b) WL/2024/00765: Gainsborough: Mr R Robson:
Prospect House, Summer Hill: vary condition 2 of listed building consent 147781 to bathroom redesign.

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice.
