TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (South West) (No.25) Order 2024” authorising the stopping up of two eastern part widths of William Hosking Road at Newquay in the County of Cornwall. This is to enable development in accordance with the Nansledan Local Development Order made by Cornwall Council, under reference PA20/08661.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/5762). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at St. Columb Minor Post Office, 222 Henver Road, Newquay, TR7 3EH.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 9 October 2024.
