Farringdon Row SPV Limited is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Proposed development of 165no. residential dwellings, management suite, pumping station, substation, car and cycle parking, refuse storage, hard and soft landscaping, highways, drainage and associated works.
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of various listed buildings/structures which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force and relates to development on land or buildings owned by Sunderland City Council.
