Take notice that application is being made by: Wates Construction Limited.
For planning permission for: A Section 73 application to vary Conditions 2, 5 and 12 of full planning permission A/21/92388/MAJOR
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Wigan Council Wigan Life Centre (South site), College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application,
should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
