TAKE NOTICE that the YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY has received the following

Proposed development which would affect the character or appearance of a conservation area

Application Reference No: R/07/57B From Dr P Foley for Section 73 application to vary Conditions 2 (plans) & 3 (materials) of R/07/57A (householder planning permission for replacement two storey side extension, replacement single storey rear extension ncorporating self-contained annex to the ground floor, creation of decked area with plant room, erection of detached garage and store, re-rendering and re-roofing to main property, installation of solar panels and ground source heat pump) in respect of removal of slips stonework and replace with render; relocation of boot room to modified lean-to; omission of below deck plant room addition of porch and alterations to windows and rooflights at Low Moor Lodge, Arkengarthdale Road, Reeth.
