NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT APPLICATIONS have been made to the Rushcliffe Borough Council for planning permission in respect of the following developments;-

Affecting the Setting of Listed Building & Development within a Conservation Area
PROPOSAL: Variation of Condition 2 (Approved plans) for application 22/02005/FUL to make amendments to plots 3 and 4 including to window/door openings, roof lights, bat mitigation and addition of solar panels and air source heat pump.

PROPOSAL: Proposed electric vehicle charging hub with supporting coffee facility and improved parking areas

Affecting a public Right of Way
PROPOSAL: Erection of an agricultural livestock building, silage clamp and livestock handling area. Associated hardstanding.

Development within a Conservation Area
PROPOSAL: Combine 2 dwellinghouses into 1 dwelling, internal alterations, changes to doors and windows on the ground floor. Alteration to existing first floor window and add ground floor and first floor window to east elevation. 
Add porch to east elevation, alterations to existing rear dormers from cat slide to ridge roof.
LOCATION: Brystone And Homestead Widmerpool Road Wysall Nottinghamshire
