COU/000724/24 & LBC/000734/24 - Planning & Listed Building applications for change of use from estate agents to ground floor shop for the shop unit below: Removal of glass block wall and new shop front including glazed doors and frame, internal alterations for structural alterations are proposed at Moores Ltd, 23 Earl Buildings, Earl Road, Mold. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building and is within a conservation area).

NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORDER

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

THE FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 38 IN THE COMMUNITY OF YSCEIFIOG)

PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 25th September 2024, an Order was made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will authorise the diversion of Public Footpath No. 38 in the Community of Ysceifiog in the County of Flint from a point NGR 315157 371543 in a generally Northerly direction for approximately 226 metres to a point at NGR 315195 371675 and creates an alternative footpath from a point at NGR 315157 371543 in a generally North Westerly direction for approximately 194 metres to a point at NGR 315051 371633, as shown on the Order map. Copies of the Order and Map have been deposited at Ty Dewi Sant, Ewloe, CH5 3XT and may be inspected free of charge between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm on weekdays.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Chief Officer (Planning, Environment & Economy) at Flintshire County Council, Ty Dewi Sant, Parc Dewi Sant, Ewloe, CH5 3XT (quoting reference SMW/11/4317) no later than 14th November 2024. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Flintshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
