TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
24/1135/FUL/TFA: Haberdashers Askes Boys School, Butterfly Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3AF. Demolition of the existing Bates Building and erection of a replacement dining building, as well as alterations to the existing modern foreign languages (MFL) building to create a pastoral entrance hub, with associated landscaping scheme including a cloister, the removal of car parking, and utilising existing access from Butterfly Lane. Reason: Major Development In Green Belt.
24/1134/HSE/MT: Stable House, Buckettsland Lane, Borehamwood, WD6 5PN. Erection of detached timber outbuilding. Reason: Green Belt.
24/1097/FULATFA: Land Off York Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1DJ. Erection of a new self-storage facility (Use Class B8) with car and cycle parking, landscaping and all other associated works. Reason: Major Development.
24/1168/ADV/MT: 27 High Street, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3EZ. Installation of lx projecting sign (Application for advertisement consent). Reason: Green Belt and Conservation Area.
24/1081/FUL/MV: St Martins Church, London Road, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9BW. Replacement of existing gravel path with resin-bound path alongside church and a new level landing to provide an accessible route to an accessible WC installed within the church building. Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area & Green Belt.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
