NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Land adjacent to 18 Farholme Lane and 19 David St, Stacksteads, Bacup, Borough of Rossendale, Lancashire, OL13 0EU Take notice that an application is being made by: Rossendale Valley Energy.
For planning permission to: Drill boreholes for ground source heating purposes and install associated underground pipework.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Rossendale Borough Council, The Business Centre Futures Park, Bacup, Lancashire, OL13 0BB Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
