The applications listed below are advertised for the reasons given:

24/02101/RET Construction of 2 no raised platforms for elevated outside seating area (Retrospective) at 16 Winchester Street Basingstoke.

Reason: Proposal affecting a Conservation Area

24/01768/LBC Demolition of 2005 conservatory and re-enclosure of existing 1940s extension, removal of electricity cables on front of building and installation of meter cabinet. Replacement of bedroom ceiling and skeilings and relocation of loft hatch, Replacement of 1940s fire surround in bedroom, Erection of stud partition in bedroom to form en-suite bathroom and repairs to the existing estate railings to the front of the building at 1 The Green North Waltham.

24/02107/LBC Replacement of 2 no. windows at 29 Milkingpen Lane Old Basing

24/01640/LBC Replacing all clay tile across the roof like for like with additional changing of two slate tile slopes to clay tiles. Replacement of existing rooflights and lead flashings like for like and the installation of a roof ladder. at Goldings London Road Basingstoke.

Reason: Proposal affecting a Conservation Area and a Listed Building
