What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT
MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
24/0885/FH - LAND REAR OF EARLSCLIFFE MEWS, SHORNCLIFFE ROAD, FOLKESTONE - Erection of a three storey block of six residential flats together with associated parking facilities
24/1429/FH - THE LIFEBOAT, 42 NORTH STREET, FOLKESTONE, CT19 6AF - Listed Building Consent for various external and internal works.
24/1493/FH - LAND ADJOINING 45, THE STREET, HAWKINGE CT18 7DD - 5no. new dwellings (2no. 4-bedroom and 3no. 5-bedroom detached houses with garages) and the formation of a new site access and associated landscaping
24/1502/FH - WATCH TOWER, DUNGENESS ROAD, DUNGENESS, ROMNEY MARSH, TN29 9NF - Demolition of extensions and conservatory adjoining the Watch Tower and erection of new single story extension, new cladding and openings to ancillary building and landscaping works

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
