Publicity for Applications for Planning Permission, Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), Notice under Article 15(3) or Article 16 of Applications for Planning Permission, Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (as amended), Application not in accordance with provision of the Development Plan
Application Ref: 24/000020/REG3
Applicant: Worcestershire County Council and Prime (UK) Developments Ltd.
Proposal: Hybrid planning application comprising: Full planning application for the erection of a new secondary school, access points, access roads, sporting facilities, car parking and landscaping works and Outline planning application for the erection of a multi-storey car park, associated surface level parking, internal road and landscaping with all matters reserved.
Location: On land adjoining to Worcestershire Royal Hospital, Charles Hastings Way, Worcester, Worcestershire. Worcestershire County Council and Prime (UK) Developments Ltd. are applying to Worcestershire County Council for planning permission for the above proposal.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. The development may affect a Public Right(s) of Way.
