24/02287/LBC. Consent for a new front porch, 
change from 3no. windows to 3no. French doors following demolition of existing front orangery. Brookside Lodge, Winkfield Road, Ascot. (Listed Building Consent)

24/02334/LBC. Consent for internal alterations to include the removal of the existing mezzanine floor and insertion of a suspended ceiling, exposure and repair of the existing fireplace, removal of the existing flooring and repairs to the existing floorboards, windows and external doors, redecoration of the shopfront and new signage - Unit 51,Windsor Royal Railway Station, Jubilee Arch, Windsor. (Listed Building Consent)

24/02162/FULL. Garage with external staircase 
and 2 no. front dormers, following demolition of the existing garage - Budds Oak, Langworthy Lane, Holyport, Maidenhead. (Development Affecting the Character or Appearance of a Conservation Area)

24/02271/VAR. Variation (under Section 73) of 
Condition 13 to substitute those plans approved under 24/00494/FULL for the Replacement detached dwelling with solar panels with amended plans - Round Copse, Alleyns Lane, Cookham, Maidenhead. (Development Affecting the Character or Appearance of a Conservation Area)
