Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2024/1440: Bridge House, 27, Bridge Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8BL, Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission MO/2022/1049 for prior notification for change of use from office (Use Class E) into 19. No residential dwellings on part of the ground floor/first floor and second floor (Use Class C3) to allow changes to the parking provision. Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk. Representations should be submitted to me in writing by 24 October 2024.
