NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 10

(Section 96A(4) of the 1990 Act (power to make non-material changes to planning permission)

(to be published in a newspaper and, where relevant, on a website or to be served on an owner' or a tenant")

Proposed development at (a) Land known as Bridgewater Triangle and Warton Road, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E15 2NJ.

I give notice that (b) London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC)

Is Applying to the (c) LLDC Planning Policy and Decisions Team (PPDT)

For permission to undertake the following non-material changes to an existing planning permission (d) The deletion of the residential floorspace figure stipulated in the description of development as set out on the Decision Notice for the outline planning permission for Bridgewater Triangle (ref: 21/00403/OUT approved on 13.04.2023)

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at

(e) LLDC PPDT, Level 9, 5 Endeavour Square, Stratford, London, E20 1JN.

within the period of 14 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.

* "owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. ** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.

Statement of owners' rights

The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.

Statement of agricultural tenants' rights

The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
