3) VAR/2024/49 - Rhoslan, British Terrace, Holyhead I give notice that:

1) Mr & Mrs Pattullo

3) Clwyd Alyn Housing Association is applying to the ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL for planning permission to:

1) Listed Building Consent for demolition and erection of replacement single storey extension at

2) Full application for the demolition of the existing dwelling together with the erection of a replacement dwelling at

3) Application under Section 73 for the variation of condition (06) (CTMP) (08) (Photographic Survey) (09) (Broadband) of planning permission reference FPL/2023/214 (demolition of the existing building, erection of 5 affordable dwellings, new access together with hard and soft landscaping) so as to allow information to be submitted after works have commenced on site at Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted by searching the application number on the public register on the Council’s website https://ioacc.force.com/s/?language=en_GB
