FOR DEVELOPMENT WHICH MAY AFFECT THE CHARACTER OR APPEARANCE OF A CONSERVATION AREA
Flat B Second Floor 218 Fulham Palace Road London W6 9NT 2024/02336/FUL
Replacement of existing single glazed timber windows with new double glazed timber windows, to the front elevation at second floor level.
560 King’s Road London SW6 2DZ 2024/02303/FUL
Alterations to the front elevation, including repositioning of the entrance door to bring it inline with the existing shop front and formation of an access ramp; installation of a fabric awning to the front of the building; use of part of the pavement (fronting King’s Road) as an outside seating area comprising of 2no. tables and 4no. chairs between the hours of 09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday during summer time working hours; use of part of the pavement (fronting King’s Road) for the placing of flower pots; installation of external lighting to the front elevation; repair of the existing brickwork and painting of the front and rear elevations in black RAL 9004, with details and timber framed windows in RAL 9005.
