24/23230/LBC: The proposed works are to replace the failed timber lintels to enable the existing temporary works to be removed and the internal spaces returned to functional use. (Listed Building Consent) at The Old Deanery, Diocesan Centre, Brecon.

24/23188/LBC: Introduction of a plant room associated with the pool garden (approval ref. 21/20621/FUL) nominally 4.5m long, by 1.5wide x 1.5 high built into an existing bank. The associated balancing tank is to be set below ground in front of the pump room and is 2.5m cubed. The proposal also includes the restoring of the former Pond to the Rose Garden and a joining rill. (Listed Building Consent) at Buckland Hall, Bwlch.
