Notice is given that the following application in the opinion of Stafford Borough Council, would affect Conservation Areas and/or Listed Buildings
24/39620/LBC - 10 High Street Stone Staffordshire - Listed Building Consent Application for the implementation of two additional surgery rooms and other associated internal and external alterations to the existing dentist practice at MyDentist, 10 High Street, Stone, ST15 8AW
24/39577/FUL - Land Adjacent Moreton House Farm Bishton Lane Wolseley Bridge - Change of use of land to dog walking field and associated works
24/39506/LBC - The Hayes 19 Newport Road Stafford - In the coach house, it is proposed for the addition of an external door at bottom of stairs, stud wall between the proposed kitchen and utility is to be removed and it will all be used just as a kitchen area, the utility room is now going to be in the room in the main house marked on plan as study and the en suite bathroom in main house, will retain the existing doors positions and the door onto landing will not be blocked up.

The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.
Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 23 October 2024. Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 23 October 2024. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
