REASON FOR INQUIRY
Appeals by Greystoke CB Ltd Relating to the application to South Oxfordshire District Council for The demolition and clearance of existing buildings and structures to allow for the construction of up to 120,000sqm of Use Class Employment floorspace comprising Research and Development units, Light Industrial units, ancillary Offices, ancillary Employment Buildings (up to 2,400sqm), Creche (up to 600sqm), Forest School (up to 1,500sqm), along with new site access, internal roads and footpaths, hard and soft landscaping, open space, car parking, drainage attenuation works and drainage features including SUDs and other engineering operations, infrastructure and all associated ancillary works, on 46.94ha of land at Land east of Junction 8A, M40, Waterstock, Oxford, OX33 1JP.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will attend at the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeal.
Members of the public may attend the inquiry and, at the discretion of the Inspector, express their views.
