TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 (as amended) STOPPING UP OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH (REAR OF 29 MAIN STREET, KILMAURS) ORDER 2024
East Ayrshire Council hereby give notice that they have made an order under Section 208 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended), authorising the temporary stopping up and diversion of a public footpath at: REAR OF 29 MAIN STREET, KILMAURS
The section of the footpath to the rear of 29 Main Street, Kilmaurs, will be temporarily stopped up and diverted to allow for construction work relating to planning application 21/0080/PP. The temporary diversion will cease following completion of the work and re-instatement of access to the rear of 29 Main Street.
Copies of the Order, Schedule and relevant plan specifying the section of footpath to be temporarily stopped up, and the alternative diversion route to be put in place, are available at the link below during the period of 28 days from 2 October 2024.

Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which the objections relate and the grounds on which they are made.
