1 Nursery Cottages, St Johns Lye, St Johns, Woking. PLAN/2024/0683HD: Erection of first floor side and single storey rear extensions and front porch.
Laurel Cottage, 6 Stockers Lane, Kingfield, Woking. PLAN/2024/0638/BRB and PLAN/2024/0639/BRB: Listed Building Consent and planning permission for erection of a first floor side extension with 1 No front and 1 No rear rooflight and single storey rear extension following demolition of existing garage and outbuilding.
Marlheath, 179 Old Woking Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0671/ER: Erection of a single storey rear extension following demolition of the existing. Erection of a first floor rear extension, front porch, removal of existing chimney breast and alterations to the existing roof. Insertion of 1 no. side roof light and alterations to fenestration. 1 Lees Farm Cottages, Pyrford Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0691/DR and PLAN/2024/0544/DR: Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission is sought for the renovation and re-siting of the existing cart shed in association with the adjacent residential properties (1 & 2 Lees Farm Cottages), demolition of existing structures and re-location of shed.
Morrisons Petrol Filling Station, 82 Goldsworth Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0582/BRB: Variation of Condition 1 (opening Hours) of planning permission PLAN/2001/0408 (Section 73 to original ref: 98/0329) to amend the opening hours of the petrol station and fuel pumps.
Hoe House, Prey Heath Road, Mayford. PLAN/2024/0669/ER: Erection of a two storey front extension and single storey rear infill extension. Rear dormer. Alterations to roof and fenestration.
