Approval of reserved matters relating to appearance, landscaping, layout & scale for the retail & commercial centre within Cell C1 at Cell C1 Lambton Park Development Site At Former County Show Ground Chester Road Bournmoor DH3 4DX (DM/24/02034/RM). Copies of the Environmental Statement (ES) can be obtained from Lichfields, St Nicholas Building, St Nicholas Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1RF. Printing charges apply for a paper copy, £10 for a copy on CD. Copies of the ES can be viewed at a suitable Council office by appointment during office hours.
