I give notice that the following application(s) have been made to the City of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Proposal: Conversion of Pendower Hall to create 4no. dwellings, and construction of single dwelling (Class C3), erection of 2no double detached garages, single storey courtyard infill extension to north east, single storey extension to western facade and entrance porches to east and west elevations. If a householder application is refused planning permission and an appeal is lodged against the decision any comments made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
