PERMISSION FOR:

"Phased redevelopment of the comprehensive site bound by Worship Street, Curtain Road, Scrutton Street and Holywell Row, to provide an office-led, mixed use development (including commercial, business and service (Use Class E), Urban Room (Sui Generis) and residential (Use Class C3) uses) comprising a variety of: retention and I or extension; part demolition and adaptation; demolition; and provision of new buildings, resulting in buildings of different uses plus basement excavation, together with new public, private, and communal open space, hard and soft landscaping, and other associated and ancillary works.".
