What is planned?

Notice is hereby given that the TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL has received the following applications for planning permission or which affect a listed building, conservation area, Tree Preservation Order, public footpath/ bridleway or major development. Comments should be made within 24 days of this notice.

Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article 15, & planning (listed building & buildings in conservation area) regulations 1990, & town & country planning (environmental impact assessment) regulations 2017 - notice under article 25

2024/915 - 106 to 128 Wolfs Wood, Hurst Green, Oxted. Variation of Condition 4 (Hard & Soft Landscaping), 5 (Tree Protection & Arboricultural statement), 7 (Surface water drainage), 11 (Construction transport management plan) and 15 (Vehicular & pedestrian access) of planning permission ref: 2022/1504 (Demolition of existing garages and three apartment blocks. Erection of 12 residential units (x5 3-bedroom dwellings, x3 2-bedroom dwellings, x4 1- bedroom flats) & associated parking and landscaping works) to amend the wording on these conditions to read ‘No development excluding demolition’.

2024/829 - The Lakehouse, Northdown Road, Woldingham, Caterham. Change of use from Annex to Residential Dwelling. Erection of side extension, garage & garden outbuilding/store. (part retrospective).

2024/777 - Beach Cottages, Millers Lane, Outwood, Redhill. Erection of single storey rear extension.
