PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
24F/2313 & 24L/2314 - Heritage Restaurant, 40 Castle Street (2) Applicant Hatchard (BKK Hospitality). To replace windows at front to include opening lights.
24L/2414 - Compton House, 33-45 Church Street, Part of Tarleton Street and Basnett Street (1) Applicant SDI (Liverpool Church St) Limited. To erect temporary scaffolding to front and side and remove mesh to roof.
24L/2292 - David Lloyd Leisure Centre Speke Road, Speke (24) Applicant John Mullen (David Lloyd Leisure) To install replacement double exit doors within the western elevation, incorporating a single-leaf DDA-compliant door.
To develop an external spa garden and refurbishment of the existing pool terrace, within the curtilage of the building, including the removal of an outdoor bar and the installation of a sauna, associated plant and store facility and a hydro pool.
24A/1874 & 24F/1885 - 547 -549 West Derby Road (13) Applicant N/A (Cardtronics UK Ltd). To retain an automated teller machine and no.1 illuminated surround sign and no.1 illuminated logo panel.
The applications can be viewed at https://liverpool.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/ Any comments you want to make must be received by 17th October 2024 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
