Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications:

Fairwood Park Moulsham Hall Lane Great And Little Leighs Chelmsford Essex CM3 1PZ Change of use from 12 residential apartments (Class C3) to a hotel (Class C1). Associated works. Ref No. 24/00824/FUL
31 Glebe Road Chelmsford Essex CM1 1QG Change of use of existing radio station to form ten apartments Ref No. 24/01266/FUL
These applications can be viewed on our website at www.chelmsford.gov.uk/planning or at the Council offices in Duke Street, Chelmsford during normal opening hours.
Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council at P.O. Box 7544, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE, quoting the appropriate reference number, by 18 October 2024
