Proposed internal and external changes and alterations to the main, grade 2 listed hotel and adjoining pavilion including the repositioning of the hotels reception, improvements to guest facilities, improved accessibility with special regard to mobility impairment, improved back of house facilities, increased bedroom space within the hotel. Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 2 above.
