What is planned?

MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
24/1337/FH - 20-22 RENDEZVOUS STREET, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1EZ - Advertisement consent for the installation of 6 projecting illuminated signs.
24/1336/FH - 20-22 RENDEZVOUS STREET, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1EZ - Provision of new external door for utilities cupboard.
24/1398/FH - Apartment 2, Gold Heights, 4-5 Sandgate Esplanade CT20 3DX - Addition of a 1st floor balcony to front of building (replacing Juliette balconies consented under 24/0976/FH/NMA)
24/1403/FH - THE BOAT HOUSE KIOSK, GRANVILLE PARADE, SANDGATE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 3AL - Installation of solar panels on the roof.

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
