Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:
Application No. 06724/00005: West Winds, Warren Road, Brean, Burnham on Sea, TA8 2RR. Raising of roof height, installation of 2no. dormer windows & 2no. rooflights to front (East) elevation, installation of dormer to rear (West) elevation, erection of a single storey extension to rear elevation & two storey extension to front elevation, on site of existing (to be demolished) & creation of a balcony. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).
Application No. 24/24/00013: Pendene, Church Road, East Brent, Highbridge, TA9 4HZ. Erection of a detached open sided carport This application may affect the setting of a listed building. (Householder application).
Application No. 13/24/00019: Denmans Farm, Denmans Lane, Cannington, Bridgwater, TA5 2LH. Outline application with all matters reserved, for the creation of 2.no self-build plots. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.
Application No. 13/24/00021: Cannington Court, Church Street, Cannington, Bridgwater, TA5 2HA. Retrospective application for agreed lead repairs to Clifford Hall Roof & removal & replacement of a 20th Century lath & plaster wall. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building.
Application No. 37/24/00039: 1 Moon Lane, North Petherton, Bridgwater, TA6 5NP. Demolition of barn (with extant planning permission to be converted) & erection of new dwelling. Replacement of existing farm cottage with new dwelling. Conversion of agricultural Dutch barn to dwelling together with demolition of livestock building adjacent, provision of shared access road to serve new development, erection of garaging & retention of agricultural access to the rear. This application is of public interest.
Application No. 37/24/00064: One Tree Farm, Tuckerton Lane, North Newton, Bridgwater, TA7 0BA. Formation of horse arena/manege. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.
Application No. 11/24/00070: Land to The East Of, Isleport Lane, Highbridge. Variation of Condition 5 of Planning Permission 11/22/00030 (Reserved matters application seeking approval of the layout, scale, appearance & landscaping of 248 residential units, community uses/local shop, associated open space & infrastructure.) to revise the list of approved drawings. This proposal is a major development.
For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Comments welcome by 15/10/2024.
