NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Chaffeymoor Farm, Land at New Road, Bourton, Dorset, SP8 5BX
I give notice that Landstrom Group Ltd are applying to Dorset Council for Planning Permission for: “Up to 50 dwellings accessed of New Road with new pedestrian/cycle link to West Bourton Road and the provision of public open space.”
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to - Development Management, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ Within 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
NB “Owner” also includes a person with a leasehold interest, the unexpired term of which is at least 7 years.
