HEARING TO OPEN ON 24/10/24 COMMENCING AT 10AM

Notice is hereby given that an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold a Hearing to determine the following planning appeal: relating to the application for Demolition of Nos. 26 & 28 Orchard Vale & development of 54 new homes with open space, landscaping & all associated infrastructure at Land at Underhill Lane, Ston Easton, Wells Somerset (2022/1427FUL).

The Hearing will be held at: The Bath Royal Literary & Scientific Institution 16-18 Queen Square, Bath BA1 1HN on Thursday 24th October at 10am. Planning Inspectorate reference: APP/E3335/W/24/3342993.
