Notice is hereby given that Derbyshire Dales District Council proposes, in accordance with s.123 Local Government Act 1972, to dispose of approximately 210m2 of land at Hall Leys Park, Matlock, DE4 3AR, by way of a lease with ancillary rights over neighbouring land.
